BBC Radio 1 wanted to launch Nick Grimshaw’s DJ. My very first TV spot. I had always wanted to do something with a one-man band.

The A-list team

We corralled a group of A-listers and well-wishers across the BBC talent network to help get Grimmy ready for the big day. Teasers, t-shirts, hours of social and radio content were recorded for the big day.

Quiff upper lip

Mostly what this campaign was famous for was instilling fear and terror amongst Harry Styles stans that he had changed his trademarked hair for good.

At least I didn’t give him muttonchops.
