‘Can you do something for International Women’s day’

In some agencies, this has become the new ‘Can you do us a Christmas card’.

I’m not one for ticking boxes. Would much rather do something real.

So together with our HR department, I created a new Period Policy which came into effect across the AnalogFolk group.

Entitling anyone who menstruates to a day off each month, not questions asked.

And to encourage other agencies to do the same, we made this policy open source and easy to steal, so that other businesses could also take part.
